Returns & Refund Policy
(Applies to Loomina Red Light Therapy Mats only)
This return and refund policy applies only to physical products purchased through our website, including the Loomina Full Body Red Light Therapy Mat and the Loomina Mini Red Light Therapy Mat. This policy does not apply to studio services, class bookings, memberships, or other digital or in-person services offered by Loomina.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and components (power adapter, controller, manual, etc.)
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for the return
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at connect@loomina.ca with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that show signs of use or damage
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at: connect@loomina.ca
