Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to physical products purchased through our website, including the Loomina Full Body Red Light Therapy Mat and the Loomina Mini Red Light Therapy Mat. This policy does not apply to studio services, class bookings, or memberships.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Due to high demand and international fulfillment logistics, please allow approximately 20–30 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package during transit. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
